TURN YOUR STORY INTO A MANHWA WITH AI
Love the soft light and swoon-worthy leads of Korean webcomics? Write your plot and Mankai's AI manhwa generator draws it as polished, full-colour manhwa pages — with your characters and your dialogue.
- Full-colour Korean webcomic look, no drawing needed
- Same faces on every page — a real series, not random images
- Romance, fantasy, revenge or slice of life
THE MANHWA LOOK, WITHOUT THE YEARS OF PRACTICE
Manhwa — Korean comics — took over the world through webtoon apps: clean digital linework, warm full-colour palettes, soft lighting and close-ups that make every emotional beat land. It is the style of office romances, regression fantasies, villainess stories and quiet rainy-day dramas.
Producing that polish by hand means mastering digital painting, lighting and character design. Mankai's AI manhwa generator handles all of it. Describe the story you want to read — a bookshop owner and the stranger who keeps returning the same novel, a villainess who rewrites her ending, a hunter who wakes up at level one again — and Mankai turns it into finished manhwa pages.
Manhwa pages in Mankai use fewer, larger panels per page, giving faces and moments room to breathe — exactly the pacing readers expect from the genre.

MAKE A MANHWA FROM YOUR PHOTO
Want to be the main character? Mankai's AI manhwa generator can turn a photo into a manhwa character. Upload a picture of yourself, a friend or a partner, give them a name, and they appear in soft, full-colour Korean webcomic style — with the same face on every page.
It's a favourite for couple stories, birthday gifts and fan-made 'what if' romances. Pick the Manhwa style, add your photo character next to a preset hero, and write the scene you want to see.
CHARACTERS, PLOT AND ART — ALL IN ONE MANHWA MAKER
Many tools only give you one piece: a manhwa character generator, a plot generator or an art generator. Mankai does all three together. Start from ten preset characters or create your own, describe the plot in plain words (or tap Inspire Me for one), and Mankai draws the whole manhwa — panels, art and speech bubbles.
Because the story and the art are made together, your characters act, react and speak in a way that fits the plot, page after page.
FROM IDEA TO MANGA IN THREE STEPS
- 01
Pick the Manhwa style
Mankai switches to full-colour Korean webcomic art with three large panels per page for emotional, close-up storytelling.
- 02
Choose your cast
Pick up to 8 characters — Mankai's preset heroes or your own, created from a photo. Their faces stay the same on every page, so your story reads like a real series.
- 03
Write the plot
Describe your story or tap Inspire Me. Mankai plans the scenes, draws the pages and letters every speech bubble.
